We have pledged to our member agencies that supply information to itxCentrix that we will provide an environment where their information will be maintained in a secure manner while offering reliable access to those who need it.

We make a commitment to our clients who retrieve information, that itxCentrix will strive to meet your information access needs. We will provide state-of-the-art technologies, accessible and redundant storage facilities and qualified customer focused employees.

ItxCentrix understands the importance of the privacy of all information collected from our clients through the information retrieval process. We will not sell or distribute any user information. All user information collected through the retrieval process will be used for the sole purpose of completing the purchase transaction.

ItxCentrix will maintain a log of all information requests. ItxCentrix will provide a monthly detailed report to each agency. The report identifies what information has been accessed and the e-mail address for the customer who accessed it. ItxCentrix will also use the logging information to monitor for questionable activities. Using this information itxCentrix personnel have the ability to determine if a client is having issues retrieving information or if they are improperly using the system.
